Enjoying a view of Corinella Bay from a super studio apartment. A break from the hurly-burly of farm life. And if my library books pall there is a resident collection of hospital romance including the lurid title ' Virgin midwife meets Pl***oy doctor!' The strange thing is the owner of the books has a typed name and address in each book. Surprising that anyone would own up!!

Yes it is school holidays at Brookfield. We have one vacancy in Week 2 of the holidays and we welcome visitors any weekday except Wednesdays which is art workshop day. Our new ducks and bantams are very cute and love their new house and run in the garden. Lenny our dear little donkey is off this week to live at Chesterfield farm. He gets a bit bored and lonely here and we think he will love all that attention at the children's farm!
