Meats is like a good bottle of wine (and also tastes delicious with it 😉), with age it only becomes better!! All of our meat has been dry aged for a minimum of 28 days, with some of our specialty cuts being aged for even longer for a richer taste 🤤

The perfect Father’s Day Feast sorted! Start off with a beautiful egg and bacon quiche for breakfast (maybe even as breakfast in bed) 🍳. For lunch, pies in every flavour you could want; saltbush lamb, beef and bad shepherd stout or chicken, leek & mushroom. Just to top it off, treat him with a crackling pork porchetta for a classic roast dinner but done better 😋🤤
