Our Story
The Imperial was built in the late 19th century in South Yarra on one of Melbourne's most iconic streets, Chapel St. The Imperial has recently undergone a massive transformation and the decor is now in keeping with our reputation for first-class service and cuisine, our extensive cocktail list and a guaranteed great night out for all.
Our selection of classic or contemporary cocktails is the perfect way to kick start your evening! We also have on offer a wide range of local and imported beers, both on tap and bottled, as well as an extensive range of Australian and New Zealand wines.
The Imperial is home to two striking, multi-purpose function rooms and our experienced function staff will be sure turn your event aspirations into reality.
