Lights, camera, action 📸 a while back we were asked to have our photo taken for an upcoming book all about meat! We are happy to have been included in the publication “squeal” which is now available.

We are utterly devasted to hear our friend and work college Armando is no longer with us.
We cannot comprehend what his amazing wife Carmine and cherished family must be going through.
We are all so sorry. Armando was a true gentleman full of life and joy, he treated everyone with complete kindness and respect, he joked around with the customers who all loved him as well.
We are going to miss the tunes that he would sing at the end of the day. He would always talk about his loving family and the many meals that they shared together. His family meant the world to him and he would often pull out his phone to show us the photos he had taken on those occasions.
It's such a cruel world and it seems to take only the best too soon.
All the staff that worked with Armando every day are heart broken and never imagined that last Saturday would be their final goodbye.
We will all truly miss him so much.

Our goal was to bring the tradition and flavour of Italian salami to our customers and one day to the whole of Australia. We take pride in our product and make each salami by hand in store.
