Homemade Electrolyte Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1/2 cup lemon, lime, or orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/4 teaspoon Real salt, Himalayan salt, or Celtic sea salt
- 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions:
1. In a large glass or pitcher, combine the filtered water and the freshly squeezed citrus juice of your choice.
2. Add the salt and honey to the mixture.
3. Stir well until the salt and honey are completely dissolved.
4. Taste and adjust the sweetness or saltiness as needed.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before serving if it has been stored.
Enjoy your homemade electrolyte drink as a refreshing and hydrating beverage!
