NET Homeopathic Remedies help to bring the body back into balance by targeting specific pathways within the body 🦋
Nurture your health as you would a seed 🌱
& most importantly celebrate yourself along the way! 💫
A common question is can I use Natural Therapies with current pharmaceutical medications that I am taking?
The answer is ‘yes’ and if anything is even more important to do so to help bring balance to the body ⚖️
All pharmaceutical drugs offer only ‘symptomatic relief’ and although we are a culture of trying to bandaid the problem we are also not always dealing with the nutrient deficiencies & toxicity that are caused by these drugs.
If you think of particular pathways that these drugs work on you will also get an idea what nutrients are also void from the same pathways. Therefore leaving a person nutrient deficient.
This then causes side effects.
These will be different for each individual & what someone needs to bring balance is different for another! 🌿
Repost from ::::::::::::::::::::::
In a groundbreaking study funded by ONE Research Foundation, 23 cancer patients with traumatic stress from distressing cancer experiences were divided into 2 groups.
One group received Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), while the other was waitlisted as a control group.
Functional MRI (fMRI) scans were taken while patients listened to their distressing cancer stories before and after NET.
Remarkably, the scans revealed that the parahippocampus, a brain region critical for handling stress, was no longer activated post-NET treatment. This highlights NET’s profound impact on alleviating stress and improving emotional well-being.

What is an imprint ?
An imprint is a set of energetic signatures specific for each individual that help the body know what to do with what is being given. ⚖️
Along with supplements, dietary modifications & emotional release imprints hold a frequency specific to the individual 💁🏻♀️
Always helping to guide the body back to a balanced state.

Slow cooked lamb shoulder :: perfect for a gut that struggles to break down meat or where iron is low. I use bone broths to flavour all meat & drink on its own.
Very happy gut 😋
Happy Sunday 💫 Can we see the makings of ourselves as one big adventure…?!
The device is a system that works on an individual level of health. Each test provides valuable information on what may be out of balance for the patient & how to bring that balance back to a state of equilibrium. ⚖️👌🏽
After all signs & symptoms are a sign of imbalance!
I am going to be answering all questions related to frequency medicine coming up! Stay tuned 🙌🏼

In most cases chronically low iron is never about the iron & more to do with poor gut health where absorption is impaired. 💁🏻♀️
In addressing iron it is imperative to look at gut health & why the gut is out of balance and unable to absorb adequate nutrients in the first place.
Appropriate nutrients need to be addressed but without a proper functioning gut then the cycle continues 🔁
Is your iron chronically low even after years of supplementing? This is not ok 😓

Meridians are energy lines that connect particular glands & organs to other glands & organs. 💁🏻♀️
When one organ or gland is affected the other organs & glands are affected also.
Other examples of meridians are:
-gallbladder/liver
-stomach/pancreas/spleen
-kidney/bladder
-large intestine/lung 🫁
I always like to think of it as the London Tube! All of those different train lines that never cross but that make up a whole system !! 🚉🚥
I hope my train analogy gives a good visual 👌🏽
Always pair iron rich foods such as red meat with foods high in vitamin C such as sweet potato 👌🏽 This improves the absorption of iron in the gut.
Another example is squeezing lemon juice on spinach 🥬
For every thought there is a feeling, for every feeling a thought. 💫
This is my beloved balcony garden 🌺 🌿🪴 These plants always amaze me as most of them have been dead 10 X over !! Yet, they keep on blooming in their own way coming back stronger than ever & in their own time.
Nature always wins- our own nature will always find a way. Keep on blooming !
The second pic is my lemon tree & has yet to bear fruit- although I love her any help would be appreciated 🍋
Happy gardening 🌿
Root causes of High Cholesterol can be 💁🏻♀️
-liver dysfunction & poor detoxification
-chronic stress
-nutrient deficiencies such as B, A, C, Zinc, EFAs, D
-high toxic load (alcohol, sugar, white processed foods)
-high emotional stress causing inflammatory conditions
Cholesterol is not the enemy but the reasons as to why the liver is overproducing cholesterol is!
When the struggles to breakdown food, it means that adequate simply aren’t being absorbed for the body.
A remedy to this is to meat & veg which allows for a longer cooking process so that when we do consume our food the system doesn’t have to overwork.
This then means that the body has more energy for other processes.
A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition revealed that daily prune consumption preserved bone mineral density (BMD) at the hip and protected against increased fracture risk in postmenopausal women.
Researchers from Pennsylvania State University conducted a 12-month randomised controlled trial to test the effects of daily consumption of 50 g (5 to 6 prunes) and 100 g (10 to 12 prunes) of prunes on BMD in 235 postmenopausal women. Results indicated that women who consumed 50 g of prunes a day for one year maintained hip BMD while those in the control group who ate no prunes lost significant bone mass at the hip. There was a very high dropout rate in the 100 g group, indicating that consuming this amount daily is probably not practical for most women.
Further, hip fracture risk increased in the control group while those who consumed both 50 and 100 g of prunes experienced no increase in hip fracture risk.
“Our data support the use of prunes to protect the hip from bone loss post menopause. Indeed, these data may be especially valuable for postmenopausal women who cannot take pharmacological therapy to combat bone loss and need an alternative strategy”, said Principal Investigator Mary Jane De Souza, PhD, FACSM, Distinguished Professor, Pennsylvania State University.
Previous clinical trials in postmenopausal women have shown the promising effects that daily prune consumption can have on preventing bone loss. This new study represents a milestone in prune research as it is the largest clinical trial to date.
