Today we farewelled our campus at Hawthorn, our home for the past 37 years. The day was filled with laughter, music, food, fun and friends; a perfect celebration to mark this significant day in the Hawthorn history.

The many wonderful memories made in this building come with us to our new city campus as we start the next exciting chapter.

This week, our English for High School students ventured out to the Melbourne Zoo! They were able to see many animals, make memories filled with happiness and laughter, and learn and appreciate the animals! 🐻🐘🐨🦘

As a community, we need to be the ones that are taking the next steps forward, by holding out our hands and being empathetic towards someone else, showing kindness to situations and most importantly, checking in and following up with that person you have decided to lend an ear to. 💛💛💛💛

? inspires and empowers everyone to meaningfully connect with the people around them and to start a conversation with those in their world who may be struggling with life.

You don’t need to be an expert, but you can be the first good friend and listener.

🎨 ART CLASS 🎨

A few students took on painting ceramic plates this afternoon! They learnt about how different colours when mixed can make a brand new colour, what type of strokes and brushes to use! Letting them create whatever they wanted, the power of creativity!
