Our historic church building has been wonderfully transformed. You are invited to visit our church and see Eltham's history along the way.
Who would have thought that when St Margaret's Church opened its doors to the community in 1863, our forefathers would have had the foresight to designate the back wall of the church as 'temporary'. This was done so the church could be extended when funds permitted. Then, one hundred and fifty one years later, the project to upgrade the church and then the mudbrick parish hall was commenced. The

How the year has raced by. As we enjoy the Advent season, preparations are underway to celebrate Christmas at St Margarets. Please note the times and services.
What an amazing few days. Thursday we officially welcomed our new Vicar, The Revd Yvette Daniel and on Sunday we celebrated St Margarets Day with a wonderful service and 85 people enjoyed a wonderful lunch.
Our Blessing all Animals service will be on Sunday October 8th at 10.00. Do come along and bring your pet .
An exciting Music Concert is going to be held at St Margaret’s on Sunday 10th September, 3.00pm.
Everyone is welcome to come join in the fun!
Don’t forget Taize service tomorrow 25 June. Light meal at 5.30 followed by beautiful Taize service at 6.30. A wonderful time of peace and music.

World Labyrinth Day , come and walk the beautiful labyrinth at St Margaret's on this special day.
What a wonderful event last night. Approx 120 came to hear Brother Merric explain about his journey and the presence of the Taize Community. Wonderful music, prayers and chants.
Don't forget our special Taize service tomorrow at 6pm with Brother Merric.
Our monthly Taize services are held on the last Sunday of the month at 6:30 pm. Either in the church itself or in our Yarning Circle. This month on Sunday 26th March Brother Merric will be joining us.
