A new cocktail is calling "Yu": meet the Yuzu Collins.
First introduced by Jerry Thomas – known as "the father of American mixology" – in 1876, the "gin and sparkling lemonade" Tom Collins is a classic amongst cocktails, always served in a Collins glass over ice, usually with a black cherry garnish.
Our rendition elevates that zing even further, using Four Pillars Yuzu Gin, a dash of sugar and a fresh lemon wedge to finish. Sweet, sour, bright and citrusy: everything you are looking for in a tipple this weekend.
