Andy and the Megaphone Service team helped Plancare make a 2,542% return on their marketing spend.
How?
By totally overhauling their sales pipeline
When we put together the PlanCare strategy, we had 2 goals in mind:
ONE - to increase the volume of qualified leads
And TWO – to get more signed customers.
But before we turned on the leads tap, PlanCare needed a sales pipeline that could handle the increase in volume.
This involved creating a brand new landing page, building email automations to improve efficiency, and sending SMS notifications to build trust.
And most importantly - building a sales-focused workflow that was triggered whenever someone submitted a lead.
This, ultimately, made tracking, contacting and signing new customers 10x easier.
The new HubSpot CRM setup also meant we could measure the close rate for each individual channel — which helped us put more budget into the most profitable marketing areas.
