Born in France and coming from a family with a deep-seated passion for food, Alex's first foray into the hospitality industry began in Switzerland, before taking him back to France and then to the UK. With plenty of experience under his belt, he brings with him diligence, dedication and unparalleled leadership skills, and a breath of fresh air in his approach to customer service. He is undeniably an indispensable part of Lume, just like every other member of our team.
