Great weather for wraps today! How about our BLT wrap to help lighting up your day further?

It is great to have this amazing Costa Rican coffee again! Currently serving as our Batch Brew and will soon have it on our Cold Drip tower too.

We have been enjoying this natural processed coffee, with notes of raisin, apple, blueberry and milk chocolate.

The Tarrazu region is one of the most famous regions for cultivating coffee. Coopetarrazu cooperative, who owns Tirra Estate, is dedicated to promoting environmentally sustainable farming practices, creating a culture of environmental respect amongst members and children. The cooperative offers free seeds and soil analysis to their members, conduct education programs for community youth, also supports seasonal migrant with on-site housing and organising their cultural festivals.

Funds raised through the sale of this coffee will be invested in the supply of organic fertiliser and shade trees to members.

We have got a spectacular Rwandan coffee to share with you all!

It is rare to have a coffee from Rwanda that is able to trace back to a single producer, Anastase Mudaherenwa, and the quality speaks for itself. Selling his coffee to Buf Coffee, who owns their own dry mill, where they can process smaller lots individually and maintaining excellent quality through to export, making it profitable for Anastase, and sustainable as a coffee farmer.

This is a very clean tasting coffee with notes of sultana, Granny Smith, chamomile and pecan (yes none of the earthy or potato-ey notes).

Currently serving this amazing coffee for all black espresso based beverages until we run out!

See you tomorrow! This new year break we spent overseas has opened our eyes to different ideas of hospitality. It also kept us energised with our vision - coffee and food may just be a small part of life, but we still hope these small things we serve can brighten up your days, big days, normal days, everyday.

We’ll return this box to Crossway LifeCare on 26 Nov as part of the project and they will distribute these boxes to local families in need.
