As the temperature dips in Melbourne our chefs have developed a menu that provides warmth, comfort, and the best in-season produce for you to heat and serve at home. Influenced by the cuisines of Tokyo, Shanghai, Seoul and Hong Kong, these are the dishes we love to cook when sharing meals around the family table.

As Melbourne celebrates its reopening and welcomes more visitors back to the CBD, we are looking for a number of Front of House and Kitchen roles - from support staff to supervisors and sous chefs.

A special banquet for the long weekend with roast pulled pork shoulder from Golden Plains served with steamed bao buns, crispy chilli, black vinegar and pickled cucumber.
'BLOSSOM SEASON' - Jinzu gin, cherry blossom, verjus, shiso liqueur.

A bottled cocktail created with springtime in mind. Fragrant shiso and cherry blossom tea meet Jinzu, a modern British gin crafted with the lifted aromatics of sakura, yuzu and sake. Serve straight up, or on the rocks with a twist of lemon - for a true celebration of the season.
