We maintain the practice of growing food organically, using bio-intensive cropping methods to maximise land use and #regenerative soil practices to reduce water usage and increases nutrient density = tasty. As the weather gets cooler, we notice a drop in numbers of attendies at our local market. We apreciate sport season fir the kids is apone us and that cooler weather can slow our starts to Saturdays down, however we encourage community to team up with neighbours, friends or family members to take turns in doing the most important shop of each week. The priority is to commit to a consistently healthy lifestyle because you want too. We hope to see more of you next weekend. 😊🙏
