We are very excited to announce that we will now be offering a weekly Yin and Salt with our Resident Yoga Instructor, Tommy!

Thursdays, 7.15pm… be there!

This is a small and intimate class with very limited numbers, so book in quick to secure your spot.

A little about this rockstar…

Tommy is a yoga instructor concerned with expanding one’s awareness of body & mind through the breath. His offerings range from dynamic sequencing to austere asana sessions and also yin and restorative classes.

“It happened once when I was sitting cross-legged at a laptop at a yoga studio, hours after practising yoga, and I noticed I was breathing ujjayi (breath which goes through the nose while also coursing through the throat). In that moment I “got the breath” and realised that we can access and consciously send prana through the body with awareness. It is still with me to this day, and now I am all about giving this gift, and many others, to many others :)”

Having sat and served many vipassana courses, he is also a competent meditation guide and enjoys discourses and satsangs as well as being of service to the yoga and extended community.

5 Benefits of Infrared Sauna Therapy
Infrared sauna therapy comes with many benefits. While traditional saunas rely on humidity to heat up the room around you, infrared saunas heat your body directly by emitting wavelengths of light that you immediately absorb.
