It's parmesan cheese cutting and grating day! Victoria, from our Ascot Vale Deli, says our 3 stores churn through many kilo's a week of Grana Padano cheese.

FUN FACT! Every 30 grams of parmesan contains up to 50 per cent of your daily calcium intake. The cheese is also an excellent source of vitamin A and D, and of iron and potassium. Although it's a dairy product, parmesan can be consumed by people who are lactose intolerant.

Meet Dom! Dom heads up our kitchen along with Sophia and they work hard pumping out delicious food that we sell at The Happy Apple including these moorish chicken burritos (also avail in a vego bean option).

These burritos make an excellent lunch or dinner option...just reheat in an air fryer, sandwich press, oven or microwave. We recommend a dollop of sour cream, fresh avo and chilli sauce!
