🏋🏾♂️ CLASS SCHEDULE 🏋🏻♂️
As of July 22nd, we’re making a slight change to our evening schedule. We’re pushing back the start time of our first evening class to 5.40pm instead of 5.30pm. We’ve heard the feedback loud and clear that it can be tough to make it to the class straight after work. We’re hoping this can give you that extra bit of time to help get to class on time. 6.30pm classes will run as normal.
Please note, there is no change to the rest of our schedule 🙌🏻
SPARTAN WEEK ‼️
Next week you’ll find two focus exercises each day. These exercises directly relate to the upcoming SPARTAN races 🙌.
We’ll be looking at putting together some teams in the future, but for now, this is the perfect way to prepare and maintain a focus post challenge 😍 You can track your results through the F45 Training App.

👋 Meet the manager 👋
Hey Team, my name’s Adam and I have the privilege of being your new studio manager at Mount Waverley. I’ve been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years now and have been around the F45 environment for 8 years. To this day, I haven’t experienced anything like what F45 has to offer and truly believe nothing beats it 🙌🏻.
Outside of the gym, you’ll find me out having a hit of tennis 🎾 or snuggling up on the couch with my dog watching a movie 🐶. See you in class soon! 💪🏻

Mont Blanc is designed to be the best workout off the slopes using winter sports-inspired exercises.
⭐️ DOUBLE DOWN
Double Down is a resistance-based workout built to push similar muscle groups through superset exercises and F45tv’s innovative time under tension guide.
⭐️ TRIPLE DOUBLE
Triple Double is a cardio-based workout with a gruelling 3:1 work to rest ratio.
⭐️ DEUCES
For the first time ever, F45 is operating two separate workouts at once. Deuces is a split resistance workout where members can choose which workout they do; upper or lower body. Choose wisely - either workout you choose will ignite a fire within your body!
⭐️ LOYALS
Loyals is a fast-paced, no rest hybrid workout. This session hits the best of both cardio and resistance movements at a 2:1 ratio, resulting in a tough test of muscle endurance and aerobic threshold.
⭐️ HIGH RISE
High Rise blends both traditional and new F45 workout styles to create a multifaceted experience - Quicker paced sets to increase HR, with a touch of old school traditional lifting.
⭐️ HEROES HOLLYWOOD
Heroes Hollywood is a grueling 60-minute Hollywood session with a partnered kicker! Be a HERO and bring a friend to this partnered workout, designed to help support our global fundraising efforts.
⭐️ ROMANS
Romans is one of the original F45 resistance-based workouts and is a huge favorite among members and trainers alike!
