Thought of the day ... Happy New Year to you all. Often there is the temptation to make New Years resolutions. Why? How often do we still to them? Why not consider making yearly, monthly, weekly and even daily goals instead. Breaking the goals down into smaller more achievable targets means we feel that sense of achievement more regularly. It keeps us positive and feeling proud of ourselves. Why do we set ourselves up for failure ... then wonder why it feels so negative? Set positive, attainable goals, more regularly. Be in charge of you, don't chase after it. 🌸
Thought of the day ... when you feel overwhelmed often it is hard to say you need help. Remember that help comes in varying forms, sometimes just a coffee with a friend is help. Don't be afraid to ask for it and don't be afraid to offer it. 🌸
Thought of the day ... Setting goals helps us dig deep and find motivation, staying in that mode can be hard. Be sure to check that your goals are small, bite sized pieces that improves your chances of achieving them. Be realistic. Once you achieve, even a small goal, it gives you the reinforcement and encouragement to keep striving. Before you know it you've achieved a lot and the feeling of satisfaction is well worth the effort! 🌸
Thought of the day.... We all know someone who leaves us wondering if they're okay? Don't be afraid to ask them. You might make the difference for them. 🌸

Thought of the day... We spend so much of our time making sure those we care about have all they need. What about us? If we don't prioritize some time for us there will be nothing left to give to others. 🌸
Thought of the week... Often there is a pattern in our behaviour that we are unaware of. Listening to those you love and trust can help identify those patterns, understand why they are there and decide which ones could do with some changes. Who is on your list of trusted people? 🌸
Thought of the day ... If we consume ourselves with keeping up an appearance, image or standard for the approval of others, we often become someone we don't like that much. You can walk away from others, not so easy to walk away from you. Keep it real in order to be self accepting. 🌸
Thought of the day ... Whenever you feel anxious .. Breathe in as deep as you can hold for the count of two and release making sure you fully expel all the air. Repeat several times. This "massages" the adrenal glands and reduces the symptoms. Can help in a moment of stress or anxiety... And no one knows you're doing it! 🌸
Thought of the day.... People often put off getting help or talking to a professional because they worry about the money. But if our cars let us down we get it seen straight away and find the money.
This happens because we need to get around ... do we not need be in our best emotional state in order to get around? Put yourself higher up your priority list just now and then. Everything in life is easier when you're in a great headspace. 🌸
Thought of the day... We can't change what other people do or how, we can only change what we do. Change your approach and you'll get a different outcome.
