As we are to welcome our little love into the world any day now, I have/will be taking some precious time to sit with our new family life.

I would like to share my deepest appreciation for all of the clients I have had the pleasure of meeting over the past couple of years in Mullumbimby.

If you find yourself in a less than desirable relationship, it may be time to look inside and figure out why you're willing to put up with it.

Taking the time to enjoy the ‘simple pleasures’ that we often lose sight of.

We spent hours playing, searching, discovering fairy houses, listening to music, soaking up the sunshine and getting wet in the waves.

Taking the leap and moving our family interstate was MASSIVE, although the path was paved with adventure and an inner knowing that all would be OK.

When we trust in our hearts, we open ourselves to experiencing the life we’re meant to be living ❤️❤️❤️

A personal story of how Kinesiology helped me

My issue
Unexplained, highly emotional states when I haven't been able to protect my children from something.

How Kinesiology helped me
While working on my wildly protective nature towards my children, a memory surfaced of a time in childhood where I may be been four or so years old, where I was exposed to violence that resulted in me not feeling safe.

This created a a story within me, that I MUST keep my children safe, and if I don't, I have in someway failed.

Looking at this from a rational perspective, I realise that children get hurt from time to time, and that this is no reflection of the love and care I have for my children.

Through a neuroemotional pathway Kinesiology balance, I was able to gain perspective and clear the stress this had been causing over a nine year period.

I am no longer triggered by mild, everyday accidents, thanks to Kinesiology.

Our Inner Child

The inner child represents the sum of impressions made on us as children.

It would be safe to say, the inner child is a significant part of our unconscious.

The child with us works incredibly hard to not relive the humiliations and injuries it suffered during childhood.

Present day adult

Our inner child exercises significant sway over our perception, behaviour and ways of thinking and feeling.

Its WAYYYYYYY more stronger than our intellect.

In fact, it's been scientifically proven that the unconscious is an incredibly powerful mental force that steers upwards of 80 to 90 percent of our experiences and actions.

Now, let's mull over that for a while...

The sun child and shadow child parts of our personality are primarily influenced by our first six years of life.

The first few years of life are when the brain structure, along with its neural networks and pathways, takes form.

The experiences we have with our caretakers during this development phase therefor make a lasting imprint on our minds.

So, it would be fair to say that these years and incredibly important for both the child and the understanding of our adult self.

I have spent the past few days with the biggest group of legends. These are the people saying YES to SAFE TECHNOLOGY, not what’s being pushed through with the 5G upgrade. It’s been days of music, singing, laughter and fascinating conversations. Feeling beautifully empowered and an grateful for the lessons being learned here.

Spending the day giving and receiving balances regarding the suppression, expression and resolution pathways. Learning loads and looking forward to providing a new angle when tackling issues with clients 💫
