In my work as a somatic psychotherapist, I guide and support clients to take a deep dive into psyche to connect with parts of themselves that are hidden, behind the scenes pulling the strings.

By reclaiming disowned parts of ourselves, we come into right relationship with them. We integrate them, those parts that we considered too shameful to be accepted. Too much or not enough, to give us the love that we craved.

While there are many ways this soul-reclamation work can be done, one beautifully effective way is to connect somatically, interoceptively to the wisdom contained in our body.

Who else is having a good dose of imposter syndrome lately?

The fear of not being good enough or being exposed as a fraud can create self-doubt and hinder progress. As someone who has made and remade myself self professionally and personal more than once, I find myself again and again being confronted with that familiar feeling of not being good enough.
