There’s nothing better than connecting with the Fluidform community and positively impacting their strength, confidence, and well-being. That’s why we introduced Girls Night Out — an in-person event to deepen the unique Fluidform experience.

Women from the Fluidform community, including clients, Fluidform at Home members, and clients from other studios, came together for this special event.

We enjoyed a signature 45-minute workout by , followed by an open Q&A over dinner and drinks. It was a beautiful, intimate evening filled with movement, inspiring conversations, and new friendships.
