It is a privilege to be able to give back to the local community. Every December the staff at SiDCOR HQ donate toys and food for the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal. This day is a great reminder to have meaningful conversations and be ready to support someone who is struggling. "Are you OK?" is more than a question - it's a way to say I care, you're not alone and I want to support you . 🌼

Diwali, The Festival of Lights, is widely celebrated across India and neighbouring countries. It signifies the spiritual victory of light and ignorance over darkness.

At SiDCOR we celebrated Diwali the traditional way by lighting lamps, drawing Rangoli Art, having traditional snacks and sweets and most importantly coming together as a family to celebrate this day.

Asking people RUOK? is so vital today. Remember to keep checking in with your colleagues and your team. At SiDCOR we acknowledge day by celebrating each other at a morning tea. The last few years have been difficult for everyone so it was wonderful to and feel for this opportunity.
