Did you know?
🛠 Over 90% of tradies experienced work-related injuries or pain in the past year, with 90% of these injuries caused or worsened by work.
🛠The average time off work due to serious workplace injury is 5-6 weeks, which is time many tradies simply can’t afford.

Tradies are disproportionately affected by injuries in the workforce compared to other jobs and rely on their bodies as their tool for the demands of their role.
Physiotherapy can play an important role in assessing and treating using a range of interventions and can offer guidance on injury management and return to work.

Investing in your health early and adopting work-safe strategies can help prevent injury and reduce the risk of an acute injury developing into a chronic condition.
Call us on (02) 49550143 to get in touch and organise your first consultation.

On May 17th 1990, the World Health Organisation officially declassified homosexuality as a disease. While we commemorate this milestone and other strides made toward LGBTQIA+ rights, we must acknowledge there are still more challenges ahead. In the last year alone, 35% of LGBTQIA+ individuals in Australia have been subjected to verbal harassment, and a staggering two-thirds of LGBTQIA+ youth have faced abuse related to their identity. Newcastle Aquatic Physiotherapy stands against homphobia, transphobia and biphobia. We are committed to combat discrimination today and year-round to promote the health and wellbeing of LGBTQIA+ Australians and work together to foster inclusion within our community.
