This event is all about celebrating the diverse world of flavors through food, and with these amazing partners on board, it's going to be an unforgettable evening.
🚚 Food Vendors: We've curated a fantastic lineup of food vendors who are passionate about their craft and are bringing their A-game to the Night Market. From newcomers crafting special dishes inspired by my recipes to seasoned pros, you're in for a treat!

Omnomnom Food Truck: Try their Roast Pork Belly Laksa for a taste of pure comfort and indulgence. Will have a special item on the menu just for this night!
Baolicious.PerthAustralia: They've created a very special Bao, inspired by one of my recipes from my cookbook.
Mysataylicious Perth: Brace yourself for creative and mouthwatering satay dishes.
Boxed By Botak: Enjoy a special Roti with a unique side, inspired by my recipes.
The Lobster Pier: Be among the first to savor their sensational new lobster creations.
Collaboration Corner: Witness the culinary innovation as Omnomnom collaborates with young chefs like Uncle Eddie Perth, and the debut of the exciting new incubation brand, B Bowl by MK.
Temasek Street Food: They're hitting the road with their brand new food truck, showcasing an inspired menu for the very first time.
Singapore Eatz: Making their debut north of the river, SG Eatz is dishing out wonderful creations, including the beloved Bak Chor Mee.

👨‍🍳 Cooking Demonstration: Join me for a live cooking demonstration where I'll be sharing some of my culinary secrets and inspirations. It's a chance to get up close and personal with the art of cooking.
