Meet our amazing Dr Mei Lon Ng.

Mei Lon moved to WA in 1980 and competed her schooling at MLC. She studied medicine at the University of Western Australia and completed her FRACGP in 2002. After having a chondrosarcoma removed in 2015, she started looking at lifestyle changes that will impact cancer survival and also cancer prevention. She recently completed a Masters in Exercise Medicine - specifically focussing on the prescription and role of exercise through the entire cancer journey including prehabilitation and survivorship.
Cancer survivorship spans the period from diagnosis til end of life. Physical and psychological consequences of cancer can be lifelong and can impact both the patient and their families.
Dr Ng is married with three adult children. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, taking long walks with her two dogs and spending time with friends and family.

Justine also specialises in skin cancer detection and treatment, menopause advice, Preventive Medicine, has a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) & is highly skilled in surgical procedures.
Justine loves spending time with her family and participating in adventure racing, and has just been away competing in The Hell’s Bells Adventure Race 🚴‍♀️ 🏊‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🛶 !!

Eric Street Medical is delighted to welcome Dr Kieran Lalor as a full time GP from Tuesday 5 July.
Areas of Specialisation: Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Chronic Disease Management.
Areas of Clinical Practice: Skin cancer detection, minor surgery.

Dr Kieran Lalor graduated from Wits University Medical School, South Africa in 1988 and practiced family medicine in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa until 1994, then in Mpumalanga Province, South Africa from 1996 until 2002.
His desire to gain medical experience globally led him to work in Canada and England respectively.
In 2003, Kieran relocated his family to Ballarat, Victoria where he was offered a position in Emergency Medicine at the Ballarat Base Hospital. This hospital is considered one of Australia’s finest training hospitals.
He decided to remain in Australia but yearned to go back into Family Medicine which he considered to be one of his areas of specialisation.

His love of warm weather and sunshine attracted him to Western Australia where he joined the Eric Street Medical Practice in July 2022.

Kieran has completed 3 Comrades Ultra-Marathons, 16 Standard Marathons, the Duzi Kayak Marathon, the Midmar Mile swim and the Cape Argus Cycle race.
He loves spending time with his family in Perth and Ballarat, and is also passionate about most sports, especially horse racing, rugby, and cricket.

Meet Dr Gary Claydon

Gary has over 25 years’ experience in General Practice and Sports Medicine.

Dr Claydon's special interests include
• Exercise Medicine for Health & in Sport
• Children in Sport
• Men's Health
• Family Medicine
• Chronic Diseases Management


He has worked with Elite level Sport for over 25 years including

• Tokyo 2020 Olympics & Rio Olympics 2016
• Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014
• Four separate Hockey World Championships
• Australian National Hockey teams
• Perth Glory Soccer
• Western Reds Rugby League
• Western Force Rugby Union
• AIS soccer and Australian U 20 Soccer Team
• World Swimming Championships in Perth

Dr Claydon also has a particular interest in Education, having been a WAGPET supervisor and Mentor for 20 years. "Training GP’s of the future."

He has completed 12 solo Rottnest swims including a double crossing.

He also has a love of animals which includes a menagerie of pets at home which includes dogs, a cat, a parrot, chickens and fish.

Eric Street Medical is so very proud of our very own Veteran, Dr Jodie Wallis. Jodie is an integral part of the ESM Team. With her bubbly personality and very approachable manner she is a delight to work with, and is adored by all her patients. ♥️ Jodie also specialises in minor skin procedures as well women’s health. Her skill set as a GP is extensive..

Dr Lucinda Townsley is our newest GP at Eric Street Medical. Lucinda considers herself to be a “Generalist GP” which translates to covering everything… Lucinda trained in the UK and has over 20 years general practice experience. She is also a senior lecturer at UWA
