Lucy is the author and creative behind the ‘Every Night Of The Week’ franchise. She invites everybody to enjoy cooking by keeping her recipes simple yet diverse.

In this Spring Entertaining class, Lucy will share four of her best recipes plus all the glamorous tips and tricks that help take the chore out of weekday cooking. This is a pretty little spring pasta class, keeping it fresh and light but very very fancy. Quick little shortcuts and hacks make this menu simple and delightful.

Enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival, plus a selection of the best wines from our Wine Store throughout the class. The dishes Lucy will demonstrate are:

- Sweet Corn Pillows
- A side of Asparagus
- Flat Roast Chicken & Rice, with Harissa Yoghurt
- Lychee and Lemon Sgroppino

All attendees will receive tastings of each dish prepared, matched with the best wines, and receive copies of all recipes. Neals Yard Dairy - on a mission to improve British cheese. Founded in the early 1980’s by Randolph Hodgson, are a London-based company that selects, matures and sells farmhouse cheese from the UK and Ireland.⁠

They work with about 40 cheesemakers and hand select the cheese to bring to their maturing facilities in London which is run by a team dedicated to ensuring they sell cheeses at its best – whether it is directly to their customers in the UK or through distributors (like SIMON JOHNSON) around the world.⁠

Their Raw Milk Cheese is carefully crafted and selected by a team of cheesemakers and affineurs, each unique flavour, microflora and taste is attributed to the qualities of the Raw Milk which is unpasteurised in each of these cheeses. ⁠

Visit us in-store during the month of June to discover new favourites with specials on selected cheeses, NYD Westcombe Cheddar and Appleby’s Cheshire. Selected by Will Studd Cheese this very decadent triple cream cheese takes its name from the famous 18th century French food writer Brillat Savarin and was invented in the 1950’s by Parisian affineur Pierre Androuet, the founder of the prestigious Guilde des Fromagers.⁠

Since then the cheese name and recipe has been adopted by many industrial dairies in France. This artisan example, from Bourgogne, is different because it’s one of the few examples still hand made using a traditional slow overnight fermentation technique. The young cheese is then encouraged to develop a thin coat of wrinkled Geotrichum mould, which is naturally found in raw cow’s milk.⁠

Deliciously creamy with a slightly chalky centre when young, the texture gradually breaks down until it can be scooped from the centre with a spoon when ripe.⁠

And delicious with a glass of celebratory champagne!!!

𝗔𝗡𝗭𝗔𝗖 𝗕𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗨𝗜𝗧𝗦

With a touch of South West Honey sweetness 🍯

Makes - 25 biscuits 😋

𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨
½ cup of honey
125g butter
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 ¼ cup of rolled oats
1 cup of flour
1 cup shredded coconut

𝙈𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙙
1. Preheat oven 180°c (160°c fan forced).

2. Gently heat the honey and butter in a small saucepan until melted. Remove from heat and stir in the bicarbonate of soda.

3. Mix the remaining dry ingredients in a large bowel. Mix in the melted honey/butter and stir until combined.

4. Place a tablespoon of mixture onto a baking paper lined tray, roughly in the shape of a biscuit. Flatten the mixture about 1cm thick. Bake until golden brown (approx 13min). Rest in tray for 5 minutes then transfer to cooling racks.
