As the name suggests, this is the very first run of oil from the pressing of the harvest’s early crop – the freshest oil of the new season. The yield per tonne is low, but the olive fruit characters are at their most intense. The oil will be sampled along with some beautiful bread from Baker Bleu.

Founded in 1920 in Pasturo, Italy, Mauri Formaggi has been dedicated to the tradition of crafting artisan cheese from the finest milk in the Lombardy region. Their renowned cheeses, such as Taleggio and Gorgonzola, are aged in natural caves in Valsassina, imparting a unique terroir to their flavor.

Introducing PONS - Oficial JANIROC Range - Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain. The JANIROC range evolved after years of experimentation with olives from the family’s varietal garden as a celebration of the PONS family fifth generation – named after Jan & Roc, the names of Eduard’s sons.
This past June, the PONS family planted another 32 hectares cultivated with the Smartree cultivation model of the Lecciana variety, at a new farm located in Castelldans, on the Cogul road. This initiative reinforces their commitment to sustainable development and quality agriculture.
The choice of the Lecciana variety is not a coincidence, but the result of years of research in their varietal garden. Thus the varietal garden of PONS is a treasure trove of olive biodiversity located in L’Albagés, in the heart of Lleida. Specific varietals were selected to grow in their olives groves across the region.

Neals Yard Dairy - on a mission to improve British cheese. Founded in the early 1980’s by Randolph Hodgson, are a London-based company that selects, matures and sells farmhouse cheese from the UK and Ireland.
They work with about 40 cheesemakers and hand select the cheese to bring to their maturing facilities in London which is run by a team dedicated to ensuring they sell cheeses at its best – whether it is directly to their customers in the UK or through distributors (like SIMON JOHNSON) around the world.
Their Raw Milk Cheese is carefully crafted and selected by a team of cheesemakers and affineurs, each unique flavour, microflora and taste is attributed to the qualities of the Raw Milk which is unpasteurised in each of these cheeses.

Selected by Will Studd Cheese this very decadent triple cream cheese takes its name from the famous 18th century French food writer Brillat Savarin and was invented in the 1950’s by Parisian affineur Pierre Androuet, the founder of the prestigious Guilde des Fromagers.
Since then the cheese name and recipe has been adopted by many industrial dairies in France. This artisan example, from Bourgogne, is different because it’s one of the few examples still hand made using a traditional slow overnight fermentation technique. The young cheese is then encouraged to develop a thin coat of wrinkled Geotrichum mould, which is naturally found in raw cow’s milk.
Deliciously creamy with a slightly chalky centre when young, the texture gradually breaks down until it can be scooped from the centre with a spoon when ripe.
And delicious with a glass of celebratory champagne!!!
