Why you should practice Gratitude π
Gratitude is one of the most powerful ways to improve your happiness. It sounds simple, but the effects are profound. According to Harvard studies, those who express gratitude regularly experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, and even have stronger immune systems! Martin Seligman, one of the fathers of positive psychology, agrees that gratitude can transform our lives by shifting our focus from what we lack to what we have.
So how can you incorporate gratitude into your daily routine? Firstly, make a conscious effort to notice the good in each day. It can be small things like a warm cup of coffee in the morning or a compliment from a friend. Take a moment to appreciate these simple pleasures. Secondly, express your gratitude. This can be done through journaling, telling someone how much you appreciate them, or simply writing a gratitude list. Try to be specific, and list at least 3 things you're thankful for each day.
One effective daily gratitude practice suggestion is to do it before bed. Reflect on your day and think about what went well. Write down three things that you're grateful for and why. This will help you end the day on a positive note and set you up for a great start the next day.
Incorporating gratitude into your daily life may take some time and practice, but it's well worth the effort. Start small, and watch how it can transform your life. Instead of focusing on what you lack, shift your focus to what you have, and your happiness will soar!

This coming Friday 18th of November I'd love for you to join me as I share with you some beautiful healing practices I've learnt over the past couple of years through my Yoga journey.
I will be holding space at local Cafe Mojo in Mundaring where we will spend 90minutes delving into some Pranayama breathwork practices to help better direct our Prana, our life force energy. Followed by a Hatha style slow flow Asana practice to help balance energy while relieving stress and tension in the body. We will be ending with a magical guided meditation which will have you floating off into the weekend.
I have 15 spaces available to keep this experience as intimate as possible. The class runs for 90mins from 5:30pm-7:00pm and costs $25.
