The colder mornings and rainy weather is definitely upon us. What keeps you motivated when times get cold?
Winter series is here to keep you motivated with boxing based fitness to stay warm in the coming weeks.
We’ve had great success with all our participants in past programs so here’s another opportunity to be successful in a short 6 week window.
1 PT session with me added to your weekly schedule and 1 group class to get everyone together on a Saturday morning.
Don’t let the cold get the best out of you, we can earn the best on our own terms and most importantly, get the results we want.

Kick H.I.I.T is one of the best ways to get fit fast. If you’ve done boxing before, you’re already half way. Adding the legs in is a whole new dynamic that’ll take your calorie burn through the roof. All my kickboxing clients are absolutely loving it, come give it a shot 🤜🏽🤛🏽

Recently changed up my morning routine and it’s doing me wonders! Never thought I’d get into cycling. Considered myself an indoor motivator, mic’d up, teaching cycle classes but I guess 2022 has a few new things in store. I’m taking that motivation to the streets.
Cycling has been a great way to clear my mind and tune into my senses. If I’m not listening out, it’s easy to slide right in for a t bone steak and a side of broken grits, with any bogan Ute passing by. Close calls have been made.
If you’re not into morning coffees, hitting top speed downhill is another way to awaken the senses 😂👌🏽
Goal is to hit 300km by the end of Jan and build up some constancy. 6 days in and I’ve already hit 54km all up. If you see me in licra bike pants, sporting high viz and still wearing my helmet while I’m drinking coffee at the local cafe, you’ll know I’ve gone to far 🤣

It’s more then just a Mo, it’s starting to build the conversation amongst men to talk about how they feel inside, instead of bottling it up. I’m no professional at this either but a little more empathy and understanding can go a long way for anyone struggling with mental health on a daily basis.

In light of Movember, I’ll be growing the stash and running 30km to raise awareness of the fact that we lose 30 men every 30 minutes in the world we live in. Doesn’t seem like such a great world when we’re losing so many.

I’ve jumped on board to help raise awareness and inspire people to donate to a cause thats bigger then themselves. Hopefully not only we can reach our target of $3000 together but inspire us as men to talk about the things we’re experiencing a little more and know it’s okay to open up. Here if you need brothers, just a DM away ❤️
