Inspired by our infamous Off-Menu sign a legal waiver number, allow us to introduce our latest hot sauce release featuring the Moorestard Psycho Chilli - a bastardised Bhutlah variety created by our friends Moore Veggies right here in WA. We are proud to showcase this extremely rare and limited chilli! The Moorestard Psycho has a punishing hard and fast burn, with a unique smooth and earthy flavour.
Not everyone wants a hospital visit so we have created an ‘everyday’ 8/10 heat sauce, one that is approachable to many. Wild fermented fresh chillies meditate for one year allowing friendly bacteria to create an addictive base. Trinidad Scorpion, Carolina Reaper, Ancho, Chipotle, Habanero and other delights round off our daring balancing act.
An elixir that is distinctive and f’ing delicious. Douse onto anything that requires a smack to the tastebuds (or a slap to the face).
