I think this deserves a spot on the grid.

First half marathon done after a couple set backs at the beginning of the year (knee injury and then a broken toe).

There were so many times I wanted to stop but with a bit of yelling to myself to keep going and running beside me for 5kms I pushed through. So grateful and proud.

I have to add that nutrition was something I focused on too - making sure I ate well and enough to support breastfeeding & pumping.

I haven’t done one of these in quite a long time, but 👋🏽 ! I’m Sasha 😄

Its been 7 years now since I’ve started working as a personal trainer. My focus has mostly been around working to create strong, resilient and confident women! I have a passion in helping people achieve their goals and strive to create a safe and fun environment for my clients.

During my pregnancy I became qualified to work with pregnant and postpartum women, and have put what I have learned through my own recovery and postpartum training journey. It has been an eye-opening process and I look forward to working with more mothers in the future.

I strongly believe that consistency and discipline is key to any clients success. With the right tools and guidance, you can achieve what you set your mind to.

In my spare time (which is not much now with a 1 year old running around) I love trying new recipes, traveling, reading (mostly fantasy) books and have in the past 3 - 4 months found a new love for running.
