I cannot wait to move with you all! The weather is looking AMAZE for the first week of winter (🤞🏼) but we will be swapping our post pilates swim for a little yap lap!

Everyone is welcome, the class will be suitable for all levels 🫶🏼

Surprise surprise, Jayde is slacking off again 🙃✈️

I have been given an amazing opportunity to head to Germany over the next few months!

My last day at the clinic will be Saturday the 18th of November! I’d love to see as many of your faces as I can before then but if it doesn’t work out, feel free to get in contact and I will give you some advice on who to see while I am away 🤍

As the rules have changed in WA, we are no longer required to wear masks in the clinic!

However, this choice is totally up to you! I will still be wearing a mask during treatments for the foreseeable future (got to be safe for my baby niece 👼🏼)

Hello, I am back 👋🏼

The last few months have been HECTIC! Between my partners basketball, a trip to Melbourne to see family and friends for the first time in 3 years, a high school reunion and my sister having A BABY; I haven’t been spending too much time in Perth at all 😖

But I am back!

I just wanted to send out a MASSIVE thank you to all of you for being so understanding and kind over this crazy time.

Special shout-out to and .state.pilates for letting me continue my pilates practice while I have been away 🤸🏼

This week is all about getting back into routines and sorting my life out, so I can get back to regular programming.

I got called a nerd today because I am OBSESSED with muscles 🤓

I actually love when people call me out on this because it’s a nice little reminder of how passionate I am about what I do!

I love educating everyone on why we may feel the way we do or how we can move in certain ways! Connecting all the dots between a persons injury or concern with an explanation of why or how, makes me the happiest little therapist out! 🤸🏼

How many of my clients can remember what my favourite muscle is? (I am sure I tell everyone about it 🙃😋)
