Launching in November 2013, Minc Fitness is a personal training and group training service that will not only get you great results, but provides a non threatening, fun and accessible environment for women of all ages and fitness levels. Specializing in high intensity workouts and functional training methods, Minc Fitness provides a fresh and exciting approach to achieving your goals. Our aim is to empower & inspire a happier, healthier community.
