We are pleased to announce Umami Dojo will resume regular hours from this Thursday, opening 5 days a week.
Bookings for Sundays and Mondays are now available.

Umami Dojo is back with less capacity than usual.

Huge thanks for your warm messages and support while we close the restaurant.
Chef Keiji is mostly recovered from injury now but not fully.
So we would resume slowly and carefully by limiting our operations, and wait and see how it goes.

For the time being, we open 3 days only in a week,
Thursday - Saturday 17:30 - 21:30 (LO 21:00)
Booing is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

This winter, we have one more seasonal special, which is called "Kani Miso Ramen (蟹味噌ラーメン)" in our menu.
Topped with a deep fried soft shell crab and a chunk of crab meat, the soup is a mixture of light niboshi-dashi (dried sardine broth), original white miso paste and crab miso that spreads a full of crab umami in your mouth🦀

Miso Ramen is now available!

Unlike other rich flavoured miso ramen, our miso ramen uses White Miso paste creating light and sophisticated flavour so you can taste natural UMAMI from our signature Niboshi Dashi. It's not as spicy as it looks from the picture but Fried Garlic Oil on the top is essential to give accent to our soup.

Introducing new dessert menu "Zunda Mochi", which is a regional sweet from Tohoku area (northeastern Japan).
Our homemade Zunda (sweet EDAMAME paste) is slightly chunky and less sweet with a hint of honey.
Served with soft mochi.
