Gemma, Hamish and I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to the East Lindfield community for coming out today to support us. You literally bought every single piece of meat we had in the shop so nothing will go to waste while we are closed.

We are incredibly humbled by the outpouring of support you all showed today, all your kind words and well wishes for this upcoming week. We couldn’t be more proud to be a part of and serve such an amazing community.

Unfortunately, Le Boeuf Butchery will be closed from 6pm tomorrow night (Thursday) for a week. Josh has made the decision to step away from the business and while Gemma and myself are hoping to resume the lease, the landlord has requested a week to negotiate the terms of the agreement. We are currently fully stocked with plenty of delicious cuts of meats and ready meals and hope to see you tomorrow so that you’re well fed for the week and we don’t end up with a ton of meat going to waste! We decided to crack into our retired Camden valley farm jersey cow after hanging her for a few weeks, we have tried her out and she is absolutely delicious. The flavour profile and tenderness is sensational. We have the ribeye in the window for purchase, get in quick!🔥
