Perfect weather for some osso bucco action! Comforting, hearty & delicious!!

Follow these simple for delicious results!

1. Place order online—> www.bondimeatco.com.au 😄

2. Remove osso bucco from packaging, allow to sit briefly before parting dry with paper towel.

3. Season beautifully before browning in a moderately heated pan or oven tray ( best results with a cast iron casserole dish) with olive oil

4. Remove shanks, and if desired add favoured vegetables (carrot, onion, celery etc..) to the heated pan, lower heat, and hydrate vegetables with a generous serving of red wine (Dry red works well) Stirring consistently, add chicken stock ( Approx 1 cup) and tomatoes and bring heat up to allow a healthy simmer.

5. Add shanks back to dish, and place into pre heated oven ( dish covered) and allow to cook for 1 hour @ 160 degrees Celsius.
After an hour, then the shanks and continue for another hour, until meat is super tender!

5. Remove from oven and serve with favoured accompaniments ( risotto, polenta) we personally recommend lots of 🍷😁!
