Catering lunch boxes are becoming very popular! Today we did “chicken” Caesar sandwiches on thick cut bread with potato chips, a choc fudge brownie and a juicy pink lady apple for film shoot

Took exactly zero photos of our massive two days catering 2 conferences at University of Sydney over two days. And this is why….400 brownies, 25 fruit platters, 500 subs, 400 pizza scrolls, 400 spinach and cheese rolls, 600 cookies, 400 mini quiches, 600 mini muffins, 450 burrito wraps, 20 trays of guacamole and cornchips, 600 mini cakes, 400 mini donuts and 5 coffee and tea stations. On top of this a lunch for UTS and running Thank you sooooo much to and Peter Chen and CHASS for booking us!

Black Forest cake I’m in the cabinet today!

110 individual lunch boxes went out yesterday for UNSW 🌯 Each box contained a Mini Sub, a Mini Spinach and Cheese roll and a Mini Lamington. So nice and easy for big event

Cookie Pie has layers of cookie dough, Biscoff,Nutella and Belgian choc chips. We can warm it up so it’s all gooey

Happy Mothers Day to all the people that have taken on the responsibility on raising another human. It’s honestly the most challenging role of my life. Everyday I find strength I never knew I had but I wouldn’t change it for anything, my children are my favourite people and we are constantly growing and learning together. So much love to all the care givers out there - I get it and your doing great! ❤️ You really deserve to be celebrated today. If no one is celebrating you or you are unable to celebrate someone due to financial stress please message me, I would be happy to offer you something special at Sanga today ❤️
