This Saturday we will be participating in Sydney’s hospo for Palestine!

We will be pumping out some of our quiches and sending them down to Addison road markets on the 10th of November!

There’re are so many amazing people involved in this and it will surely be one your tastebuds won’t be able to forget!

Labour Day apparently is a celebration on workers in the 19-something getting some rights and blah blah so we’re capitalising on it.

Our ‘duck toast’

A story of love and passion that spans over three days.

First we cure our duck in salt and spices for 24 hours, after that it’s washed and marinated in smoked soy and kelp!

After this it is cooked in its own rendered fat low and slow over night and pulled apart with the welcome addition of more spices and herbs!

FINALLY - it is served with a cured egg yolk emulsion on two pillows of fried brioche and shiso.

A true labor of love and currently our fave thing on the menu right now!

We are so exciting to post the menu for our next nest dinner. It has sadly been months in the making but what we’ve lost in time we’ve made up for in this amazingly frantic fusion fun menu.

We are so excited for this one so please make sure you get in quick- bookings can be made through rolling pennys instagram and following the last format we will be doing two sittings, a early one starting at 6 and a later one starting at 8.30. This will honestly be one for the books so get ready to have some fun!
