One of the most important lessons I learnt at business school was to think about your day in parts. In the morning, YOU MUST EAT THE FROG!!! Meaning, you should do all the hard, unpleasant things first. Do the things you know you need to do but would rather not first THEN you can get back to creating and experimenting with ideas for new little froggy brooches! 🐸🐸🐸🎨❤️❤️❤️🥳

I’m back! I had A LOT of complicated stuff to deal with and my fledgling business had to be put on hold. I’m looking forward to a gorgeous Spring of making, making, making!!!

Chrysanthemums. Long time no post. Going through some tough stuff but I’ll be back soon, all pistons firing…some things just need time.

Who likes cameos? This is one I made from pieces I found at Reverse Garbage in Sydney. I reversed the lady because it was nicer on the other side! It’s more of an abstract cameo.

‘Geo Art Masks’ brooches. These were part of the first collection I made some time back. They will soon be for sale as part of my first project, ‘The Limited Plastic Project’.

Penguin brooches!! My first limited edition series! I will be giving away one of these cuties soon for my soft launch of The Upcycled Limited Project. These penguin brooches are made from acrylic halves I found in an op shop with vintage plastic pieces from a shop called reverse garbage. Egg carton storage!! Getting my up cycling game on by getting out an egg carton and glue gun. Hey, it works!! 🥚🥚🥚

I ordered some laser cut acrylic bases so I can create more brooches, key rings and bag tags. They’re here! Loving the gorgeous pastel colours.

Needed a pick me up today. All my plans have been waylaid but hopefully I’ll be back soon. I’ve got some designs I need to glue together!
