With a focus on Australian wines and female wine makers, our wine list is bangin' (if we do say so ourselves).

Why not crack a bottle of nice winter red. Perhaps 'Knife Edge' Shiraz, made by Winemaker Sierra Reed, with notes of plush blue fruits with an earthy, savoury backbone. Or an 'infidels' Primitivo, with notes of moody dark fruits and lashings of cedar and spice.

A highlight from our Knock Offs menu - salty & tangy anchovy with caramelised onion on a buttery brioche. The best part is these beauties are only 8 bucks.

We are closed on Monday and Tuesday for a well deserved break. This only means one thing - you should really make the most of your long weekend and visit us for a cheeky bev and long lunch. You know you want to.

Rich and decadent our Koshihikari squid ink risotto is packed with flavour. The beautiful grilled squid and almond romesco on top ads a touch of lightness and smoke, making this dish a sure fire winner.

Life is short but our lunches are long. Think wine, shared plates and of course friends.

We made our name in the world of cocktails, so naturally, they are an important part of Dead Ringer. What's your go-to?

Stuffed piquillo pepper, crab remoulade and nduja. It's creamy with a hint of spice - just how we like it.
