Don't get caught out without lubricating eye drops and saline solution in your home medical kit.

You never know when you’ll get something nasty in your eyes - dust, dirt, pollen, eyelashes.

If this happens to you:
1. Wash your hands and dry them well
2. Using your saline solution, rinse your eyes and blink well to help clear any debris
3. Follow the directions of your lubricating eye drop - generally 1/2 drops as needed
4. If problems persist, go to your Optometrist (us), GP, Medical Centre or Hospital
