Homemade purple flower dumpling “Chor Moung” was originally an appertiser for Thai Royalty which was first made in 1809. They are delicately handmade filled with caramelised chicken mince, peanut, sweet Thai radish and the natural colour of “butterfly pea flower.” These beautiful purple flower dumplings shows Thailand’s culinary skills representing intricacy, attention to detail, texture, colour and taste.

Thai Skybar is proud to be registered as COVID safe business.
COVID safety plans are in place to ensure our customers and staff are safe here.

We have taken measures as follows;
- reduce dining numbers
- maintained social distancing 1.5 meters between tables
- floor marking signs for each pick-up customers
- hand sanitiser upon arrival and readily available at the counter
- collected contact details of our customers and staff securely.
- provided contactless delivery
- limited group booking to a maximum 10 people
- staff are not permitted to work if they are unwell.

As an extra precaution, we have significantly increased cleaning and sanitising our restaurant including frequently washing hands through the service.

As a restaurant, we already have very high standards of cleaning and hygiene in place. All the tables, chairs and kitchen area are wiped with antibacterial disinfectant surface cleaning. Staff who are unwell will not be allowed to work. Your safety is our priority.

To minimise the spread of COVID-19 we are suggesting that all customers wash your hands when entering the restaurant and use antibacterial hand sanitiser (contains 70% alcohol) which we provide at the counter.
