🌍🥗 Celebrate culture through food with multicultural family lunchboxes! 🥗🌍

It's Multicultural Health Week, time to celebrate our cultural diversity through the joy of cooking and sharing delicious, healthy meals with our loved ones.

A vibrant, nutritious lunch can fuel our day and boost our energy for work, learning, and play!

Here’s some tips for the week:

🥪 Create Tasty and Healthy Lunchboxes:
• Add Variety: Pack your lunchboxes with a colourful mix of vegetables and fruits. Frozen and canned options are great too—affordable and nutritious!
• Stay Hydrated: Choose water as your main drink to keep everyone refreshed.
• Keep It Cool: Use a cold pack or water bottle to keep lunch safe and fresh throughout the day.

Did you know? Adults need five serves of vegetables daily, but only 4% of us meet this goal. For children, just 6% get enough veggies.
