Throwback to a Sydney Footy Stadium 🔃

A proud prefabrication project to be part of in partnership with our client, A.G. Coombs Pty Ltd., for the successful completion of this major sporting landmark in Sydney, NSW. Despite facing challenges in navigating COVID restrictions for both business’ and employees, we delivered a high-quality final installation of chilled and heating water systems for all of the air conditioning systems within the complex.

The latest News from the University of WA - TES Chiller upgrade with Centigrade Group. Daniel and Callum are working hard to get things moving.

Recent works in a Western Sydney Data Centre. The NSW lads are doing a great job and the project is progressing nicely for the installation of Industrial Water process pipework.

🏗️ New project in NSW!

Victoria Cross Station with A.G. Coombs Pty Ltd is starting to take shape. This over station development in North Sydney will feature a 42-storey building across 58,000 square metres of high-tech, premium office and retail space.

We're installing high and low temperature Chilled Water, Hot Water and Condenser Water Pipework to ensure the best quality infrastructure.

The upgrade of the Plant Room is in full swing, featuring new chillers, cooling towers and pumps. Our skilled NSW crew is pulling out all the stops, combining off-site prefabrication with on-site installation for maximum efficiency. Proud to partner once again with A.G. We are happy to share a progress update for the Griffith hospital plant room. This project includes large copper 150mm chilled water headers and 150mm line size branches.

📍 25 King St, Brisbane

Designed and manufactured by Lendlease and standing at 10 stories and 45 meters high, this is Australia's tallest engineered timber office building.

Our team had the opportunity to supply and install chilled and condenser water systems including pump skid modules.

The adherence to sustainable principles for this project produced dramatic savings, with a 74% reduction in embodied carbon, 46% reduction in energy, 20% weight saving with timber instead of concrete and a construction period of just 15 months aided by offsite prefabrication.

We are honoured to have been a part of the project, in partnership with A.G. Coombs.

Destination Gold Coast Project Update

A five-star hotel with a five-star finish by the QLD Paragon crew. The chilled water and risers are in the final installation stages and nearly completed - only sign-off and inspection to go!

We are getting to the pointy end on this project, proud and excited to have worked with A.G. Coombs Pty Ltd on this Gold Coast Landmark site, The Star Residences.
