We serve Tori Shoyu ramen Tue-Fri 7:30 - 2:30. The broth is gently extracted from whole chicken for 12hr+ creates delicate balance of richness and depth of flavor. Topped with juicy Koji chicken chashu, slow-roasted tomato, Horenso, boiled egg and leek 🍲

We will open tomorrow from 8 - 2
(Kitchen closes at 1:30)

We will be open tomorrow for coffee and pastries until 12. And 8-2 (kitchen close 1:30) on Easter Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Before we knew it, it’s been more than one year already here in Newtown!
2023 was such amazing journey.
Since day one we wanted to make sure you all have a great experience here at Maeda. We really appreciate each and every one of you who walked through the door, also the South of King street community who helped us settle in smoothly.
We’re going to take our break time to reflect on last year and make sure we will be improve in 2024.
