The Windlass Mechanism - aka movement of the arch, is essential for shock absorption through the foot. We test this during our bio mechanical assessment to make sure your foot functions as a rigid lever and a shock absorber during weight bearing movement.

Soft tissue injury can take up to 3 months to heal. Going from 0 to 100 when getting back into your fitness routine will cause re-injury. Build back up slowly. If you have any ongoing injuries that get better then flare up, over and over again, you will need a bio-mechanical assessment and some treatment. By 11pm I changed into my favourite white trainers from Bared Footwear 😍💃

By 11pm after dancing the night away I suddenly couldn’t walk to the bathroom then changed into my favourite white trainers. (BARED)

Aftermath from wedding
- I luckily didn’t have any blisters but …. I bruised both my 3rd toenails and they fell off a few weeks later. Luckily for me, they grew back undamaged.
