These easy pulled pork sliders are the perfect, low-maintenance party appetiser.
Made with juicy pork slow-cooked in Coca-Cola, shredded, tossed in tangy BBQ sauce, and thrown between toasted slider buns, they are sure to satisfy.
Ingredients:
1kg pork tenderloin, pork shoulder or pork rump
369ml can of soda
286g BBQ sauce
10 brioche slider buns
Method:
1. In a slow cooker, place your pork in the insert and pour the soda or beer over the pork.
2. Set your slow cooker on low and cook for 6 hours.
3. After 6 hours, place pork on a large cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes. You can discard any liquid inside the crockpot insert.
4. Using a fork or tongs, shred the pork and place it back into the crockpot insert.
5. Pour BBQ sauce over shredded pork and toss to coat completely.
6. Serve on toasted slider buns and enjoy!

π Spice up your summer menu with these Thai Coconut Chicken Skewers! These skewers are perfect for grilling and sharing.
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
4-5 slices ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons coconut cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Method:
1. If using wooden skewers, in a tall cup, add water and soak the back ends so they don't burn on the grill.
2. Cut the chicken into 2.5 x 2.5 cm chunks and set it in a bowl.
3. Finely chop garlic and ginger and add to the chicken.
4. Add the rest of the marinade ingredients into the bowl and mix.
5. Leave chicken in the fridge for a minimum of 1-2 hours and remove 30 minutes before grilling.
6. Skewer the chicken.
6. When the grill has reached the temperature, add the skewers to the grill. You want to cook them over direct heat. After cooked serve and enjoy!
