Casual pinup hair day! I couldn’t wait to style my more relaxed curls after they had a few days to loosen up! I went with some victory rolls and soft waves for a day of running errands. It was also cool enough to finally wear this crochet sweater miyuu made me in indigenous colours. I also couldn’t help but take one of my new shark pins for a spin (they’re dropping into Curve Creation Store next week) 💖

This is the longest my hair has been in *AGES* and I still don’t know how I feel about it 😅 what do you think? Team long or Team short hair?

Did something today my anxiety previous wouldn’t let me do: jumped into a comp with minimal notice (like 1.5-2 weeks). And I just showed up and gave it my best crack!

This might not seem like a lot to people but for my overly analytic mind that has a habit of catastrophizing and panicking if things happen or change too fast, this is a due step for me. Strongman has given me such an amazing sense of community and support which I am so grateful for!

And while I didn’t place, my biggest highlight was I got 2 reps on stones today for the first time ever in a comp; thanks to taping my arms to see if seperating my skin from the sticky tacky helped and while I went for a deadlift Pb and didn’t get it, you don’t know unless you try. I also got the laugh with some lifting friends and support fellow athletes! 💖
