Do you love him or hate him? Do you even know who he is?

I’d bet a lot of money that anyone hearing speak for more than half an hour will find it hard to disagree with anything he says.

The problem is, most of us haven’t heard him speak for more than a minute, if at all, so we’re relying on soundbites and second hand information to form our opinion.

I was at a conference this week, and I was low key boasting that I was going to a dinner with RFK Jr.

Half the people I told didn’t know who he was, about a third asked me if he was the anti-you-know-what conspiracy theorist, and the remaining few lit up and got excited.

What’s really wild, is that most people have no idea he’s running for president, let alone running at over 10% in the polls without any traditional media exposure.

I wanna make a suggestion to all my US people, check out any long podcast that he’s been on. Off the top of my head, some great podcasts I’ve seen him on are Rogan, Bill Maher, Theo Von and Tim Dillon. I am 90% certain you will fall in love with him and

Let me know in the comments whether your mind has been changed after watching one of those podcasts. And if you don’t like what you hear, let me know too. And if you have a strong negative opinion about him, let me know what it is, I’m truly curious because usually, I have such a deep and automatic mistrust of politicians. With RFK Jr, I’ve come to the conclusion that he’s in it for entirely good reasons. So, please tell me if I’m being naive.

For those of you that know me well, you know that I am fascinated by American politics, I went to university to study it, and I even remember staying up into the early hours, waiting for the Florida results to come in during the the Bush-Gore election. I love it that much… nerd.

Reflecting on a stellar day at LinkedIn's Sydney HQ. It’s got everything you’d expect – in-house barista, gym, mandatory ping pong table. A slice of Silicon Valley in the heart of Sydney. I assume the beanbags and the Segways were on another floor, Becky?

We talked a lot about how we, as leaders, can bring mindfulness into our every day to help alleviate stress/burnout within our teams.

Few hot tips 🔥 from our discussion:

1️⃣ Start Every Meeting on the Right Note: Dedicate the first 30 seconds of every team meeting to taking a collective deep breath and close out other tasks. This simple act helps everyone shift their focus from distractions and sets a positive tone for the discussion ahead.

2️⃣ Gender Dynamics Awareness: We shed light on how men and women function differently due to the fluctuations in hormones and neural patterns throughout the month. Understanding these differences can foster better collaboration and empathy within our teams.

3️⃣ Cultivate Clarity and Purpose: Emphasizing the importance of clarity and a clear sense of purpose, Chibs explained how these qualities enable us to be more receptive and stay focused on what truly matters in our roles. Remember, where there's a will, there's always a way!

Are you doing everything you can to get a good night's sleep? Here's a little tip from someone who was in a battle with snooze buttons and late-night thoughts.

☀️ Get natural light into your eyes as soon as you wake up, ideally within the first 30 minutes of waking up. It helps regulate your internal clock and tells your brain it's time to be awake. Trust me, even on those 'five more minutes' days, it's worth it! 💤

And here's a fun fact: If you get sunlight exposure too late, say around noon, you will have your cortisol pulse later in the day, which will mean it's harder for you to get to sleep. So let that sunshine in bright and early!
