Don’t Stop *Us* Now! 🕺💃✨

For our sequel live radio show with Atlassian last week for their ShipIt Day, we pulled out all stops to take it to the next level. This ShipIt event’s Freddie Mercury-inspired theme of ‘Don’t Stop, Let’s Go’ gave us plenty of ideas to work with to lead the day’s celebration of innovation and teamwork.

Dazzling blue lights, colourful set pieces, interactive segments, and endless energy from host Angharad 'Rad' Yeo and the ShipIt participants, the event came alive in the office and across screens globally.

Safe to say, we were certainly ‘having a good time…’ 😉

Today is R U OK Day, a day that promotes checking in with your mates, family, colleagues, and in fact, anyone in your life. Not just today, but every day.

CoBox is in full support of breaking the stigma around mental health, and normalising these conversations with the people around us.

Recently, we had the pleasure of producing a live Indigenous Voice to Parliament Panel event with Accenture and iDiC. Hosted by legendary journalist McMullen, the panel featured the incredible guest speakers of iDiC CEO and Advocate Goodes and Uluru Statement Co-Author Megan Davis.

We’re incredibly proud to be part of such a monumental conversation in the history of this nation. CoBox supports this movement of representation and constitutional action for Australian First Nations People. For a better future and a better Australia.

A little while back, we teamed up with Accenture ANZ for their live International Women's Day event featuring the hilarious Em Rusciano in Melbourne!

Cobox handled all the technical wizardry behind the scenes to make sure the event went off without a hitch. We’re proud to have been a part of such a meaningful celebration of women's achievements. 💪🏼👩🏽👩🏻‍🦱👩🏿‍🦳

Cobox dream team meet Earth Day! 🌍🌿

Yesterday, we took a short break from our usual creative day-to-day duties, to hit the streets and clean up the litter in our neighbourhood to do our bit for and .

Armed with gloves, garbage bags, and our most adorable puppy Olive, we hit the streets bright and early. From empty bottles to torn up golf balls, we helped freshen up our local area.

Both a rewarding team experience and an important reminder of the need for environmental action in the current climate, we’re glad we could take part in the global clean up!

In addition to our clean-up effort, we also donated to who do awesome work to help plant native trees and restore rainforests in Australia.

Cobox is proud to share that our supported charity Top Blokes Foundation has just been recognised as the Charity of the Year!

Top Blokes work with groups of boys and young men to improve young male health and well-being across Australia. Through breaking down stigmas and promoting positive forms of masculinity, empathy, and resilience, their aim is to reduce rates of antisocial behaviours, su***de, and mental health problems.

Men in Australia still suffer from disproportionate su***de rates and face challenges in seeking help for mental health struggles.

Top Blokes Foundation is an organisation helping to lead the charge against changing the current trend and making a positive impact for communities and young men across Australia.

We’re thrilled to see this organisation be recognised for the important work they do and the success they have seen. Cobox is a committed supporter of their cause, and will continue to donate a percentage of profits to their activities so that the positive change can continue.

Well, that was fun! Playing dress up, spinning wheels, and generating a great vibe, all in the name of innovation! 🙌

Another fabulous collaboration, this time with the fun lovin’ Atlassian, Cobox delivered a livestreamed radio show for their 24-hour ‘Shark Tank’ equivalent ‘ShipIt’ event.

Themed ‘Head in the Clouds’, the day celebrated teambuilding, innovation and out of the box free thinking. We curated an exciting show set to a thematic DJ setlist, with live interactive games and fun segments. All delivered by our incredible host Angharad 'Rad' Yeo to bring it home. We hit well beyond cloud nine and we’re still buzzing from it!
