We all struggle when it comes to our fitness in one way or another. At times its our diet , workouts or motivation to keep going to the gym/activity.
There are a few things that we can do to help keep on track and not lose focus.
1. Find a physical activity that you enjoy. It doesn't matter if its the gym , group fitness , yoga or a sport just find something that doesn't feel like a chore and you enjoy.
2. Create a schedule so you can see what you have planned to achieve during those days.
3. Focus on the immediate benefits such as how you feel physically and mentally.
4. Do your best not to skip a planned workout.
5. Don't spend 2 or 3 hours at the gym when you don't need to. Give yourself a time frame such as 45-60 minutes to do the workout keeping them at a reasonable length.
Weight loss might be easy on paper but at times hard to put into practice. We all have stresses in our lives but all we can do is try our best to improve everyday.
There are no quick fixes , remember its a slow and steady process but a few things to keep in mind.
1. Calorie deficiency - eat and drink fewer calories than you burn.
2. Protein - eat protein with every meal when possible.
3. Strength Training - Get involved in a weight training program to build muscle and burn more calories
Our choices when it comes to our diet matters. We don't have to have the perfect diet and we can treat ourselves from time to time but we need to make sure we earn those .throughout the week.
When it comes to the weekend a lot of people like to enjoy a drink but just be mindful of how many because the calories rack up very quickly.

Learn boxing combos and strengthen the the body with our exercises that will help build power and endurance.
Fear and anxiety can hold alot of us back. We over think things and we put limitations on ourselves without even knowing.
Keep trying to push yourself in the gym and outside.
The change in the kitchen is the first step to losing weight and improving the way you feel.
At times we all struggle with motivation even the best of us have bad days.
Do your best to keep moving forward even on the rough days.
Here are a few things to do to help keep yourself motivated and moving forward.
If you want change you have to do the hard work. Diet right , train hard and rest well.
Bring baby girl into work day.
Remember why we work so hard to be better.
